Weightloss from A skinny husband's point Of view!

It’s ok that you that you have let yourself go a bit or quite a bit in some situations. There is hope! All you need to do is step away from the ho-ho’s and the bag of doritos. My wife was in the same boat and frankly I got tired of it. I sat her down one day after reading my favorite column, Savage Love . He told some guy to either dump his wife or give her a talking to.I decided that I love my wife and that I wanted to help her. Believe me, you ladies are scary. I was freaking! I made my wife a strawberry low fat smoothie and told her that we needed to talk.I think she was thinking I was about to pull out all the punches. I told her that I loved her very much and that she needed to get her fat ass in shape or there was going to be some serious issues! She stared at me, mouth dropped open.The next thing she said….
“ Ok, what do I do?” I said, just get out there! Start slow, walk a block or two, lay off the chocolate and late night snacks.The first step is always the hardest, trust me I know all about the mentality and how everything comes together.
Taking that first step will give you the power and sense of an accomplishment that will motivate you to keep going!
Diet & exercise is so important to maintain your health so do what my wife did and take action ladies!
Don’t give me excuses of why you can’t get out there and get active. Remember they are ALL EXCUSES.It’s depressing to see you mope & complain about how fat you are getting. It’s even more depressing when you say you are going to get out there and do something but we never see any results except a high credit card bill and uneaten protein bars.Seriously ladies, get yourself up, get yourself out there and do something!
